Support
Backsoft recognizes that our customers deserve the best possible product support. To that end,
we have organized an online technical and maintenance support section to provide answers to your
questions regarding Backsoft products.
To use this service, it is recommended that any support inquiry begin by searching Backsoft’s
Knowledge Base. Generally, most answers to your questions can be found there. If that does not
supply the answer you require, however, then you may submit a request to our Customer Support Team.
This team will provide next line support for product functionality and technical support. The team
can address technical product issues as they relate to the core system and they work with each
customer to implement service packs and upgrades. The technical team also acts as liaison between
Quality Assurance, and when appropriate, the Backsoft Labs Division.
