Global Partner Program

Backsoft’s Global Partner Program is designed to serve as an operational framework to determine the requirements for a successful and meaningful business relationship.

Eligibility for Backsoft’s partner program begins with an assessment of your company’s business model and how that aligns itself with Backsoft’s. Primary partner categories include technology partners, system integrators, and value-added resellers. However, other business models are considered as well.

To complement these partner types, Backsoft’s program is further segmented into three main levels of participation. The underlying vision in this approach is that Backsoft wants to bring all of our partner relationships to the highest-level possible, yet remain within the needs and resources of our partners. The three levels are Alliance, Premier, and Strategic. Participation in the levels is determined by a partner's available resources and commitment to Backsoft, plus the nature of the negotiated relationship.

This program framework is designed to ensure maximum flexibility for Backsoft and our partners.
